You can make it possible for other kids to come to camp next summer
& win a free week of camp for you!
1. Register to Ride or Walk on
September 17th if you haven't already done so.
2. Read the Instruction Letter in the
Sponsor Kit that your receive.
3. Send or Link to the Sponsor Letter
to begin raising sponsors for your ride.
4. If you need additional Sponsor
Letters you can print them here or contact us at registrar@marmonvalley.com
for additional copies.
5. Make sure your sponsors know that
they can make their donation online, if they would like, to by
visiting at www.marmonvalleyministries.org. The form will ask them
to select the rider/walker they wish to sponsor.
6. Attend the Trail Ride event on
September 17th. (see schedule below)

(3 ride times to choose from: 9:30am, 10:30am or
1:30pm)
8:30am – 9:15am Check-in (for
morning riders) & Equip
9:15am – 9:30am Saddle up & Rules of the Ride
9:30am - 11:30am
2 Hour Trail Ride and 3K Walk
10:30am – 11:30am
1 Hour Trail Ride
Noon – 1:00pm
Lunch/Awards (registration for afternoon riders)
1:00pm – 1:15pm
Equip (afternoon riders)
1:15pm – 1:30pm
Saddle up & Rules of the Ride
1:30pm – 3:30pm
1 Hour Trail Ride and 3K Walk
How to Register
To register for the ride and get your
Sponsor Kit simply complete the
online form or
contact the
office at 937-593-8051. There is a $25 registration fee.
Each rider gets a special
event T-shirt and lunch.
Prizes will
be awarded, including
a free week of horse
camp for the rider that raises the most
money (minimum of $600 in sponsorships), plus second and third place
and a Marmon Valley party package for the team that raises the
most money.

understand the value in Christian Camping in order to provide scholarships
