WHAT IS MARMON VALLEY

Marmon Valley Farm offers a farm experience to the public. Gentle farm animals and cuddly barn cats with gladly be your tour guides as you explore the grounds. It won’t take long for the kids to find the Playbarn, a one of kind playground styled after a big red barn. They’ll love the twisty silo slide and the John Deere tractor for little farmers to climb on. The outdoor farm fun is practically endless.

With 150 gentle horses and ponies on hand, The Farm specializes in trail rides through the wooded hills and ravines surrounding their many barns and animal pens. Experienced trail guides take riders of all sizes (starting at age 6) and abilities out on the scenic trails for walking and trotting rides. For the youngest cowhands in your gang, we offer pony rides in the riding arena!

Whether you’re looking for an afternoon outing or a whole weekend of farm fun, Marmon Valley Farm can outfit your family in authentic farm activities. We offer hayrides and barn dances for groups as well as a couple of special Birthday party packages. Simple rustic bunkhouses are available for rental from August through May for families or groups. Several fire rings around the Farm make picnics and cookouts appealing, or you can make reservations for group dining in their dining room and enjoy hardy farm style meals!

Marmon Valley Farm also offers unique weekend camps for families and youth in the spring and fall, plus they facilitate adventurous horse camps all summer long. The owner, know as Wrangler Matt, and the rest his farm hands make a special point to see that you feel right and home and welcome on the Farm.  Marmon Valley Farm is a member of Christian Camping International and is accredited by the American Camp Association. Our desire is to share the Farm with folks seeking agri-tainment, and to share the love of Christ goes hand in hand. The result is a wonderfully wholesome place for family farm fun!

OUR PURPOSE
Marmon Valley Farm is an non-denominational Christian camp, retreat facility and riding stable committed to providing wholesome farm fun for all ages, to proclaiming the goods news of Jesus Christ and to encouraging young people to walk in a Christ-like manner. 

Our Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired word of God, infallible, authoritative and sufficient for all matters of faith and conduct. 2 Timothy 3:16

We believe in the triune God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ was God in the flesh, died as a substitute for our sins, arose after three days in the grave, ascended into heaven and is coming again. I Corinthians 15:3-4

We believe in the fall of man, the reality of sin and necessity of the new birth in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Romans 1:18-32, John 3:3

We believe that salvation is solely by God's sovereign grace through faith alone, apart from any works or any religious rituals, in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ, who died on behalf of spiritually dead sinners once and for all time. Ephesians 2:1-9, John 1:12

We believe in the Person of the Holy Spirit and His work of conviction, regeneration, and sanctification, who indwells every believer equipping them with gifts for service and witness.
