Retreat Billing Policies

  • A 30% deposit of Applicant’s guaranteed minimum number of guests is required within two weeks of receiving his/her reservation form and contract in order to confirm Applicant’s overnight reservation. Tentative reservations will only be held for 15 days without a deposit, beyond that, a deposit will only be accepted if room is still available. Groups returning their deposits after the two week period will receive the $16 riding rate instead of the overnight group rate of $12 per person. The quoted price is based upon the timely arrival of your deposit.

  • Due to unforeseeable circumstances, if the applicant’s confirmed date needs to be changed, we will transfer the total deposit to an available date within two months of original confirmed date. After two months, the total deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of reservations will result in forfeit of deposit. Groups that cancel ten days prior to scheduled date will forfeit their total deposit.

  • The remaining balance due will be collected at the time of the applicant’s arrival. Should Applicant bring less than his/her guaranteed minimum, the full amount for those not in attendance will still be charged.

  • Any outstanding balance will be charged at 2% interest per month. Applicant agrees to pay any collection costs which Marmon Valley Farm incurs in the collection of the unsecured balance.
