Horseback Riding

With over 150 well trained horses and ponies, horseback riding is our specialty! The riding stable is open for trail riding year 'round Tuesday through Sunday, and closed Mondays. Enjoy the scenic countryside of Logan County from the back of a well trained trail horse. Our guided trail rides will take you into the hilly woods surrounding the Farm for a memorable walking and trotting trail ride. Trail riders must be 6 or older. For your protection we provide friendly and helpful trail guides on all rides, and we do not permit double riding with youngsters. Parent led pony rides are available for children under six years of age. We recommend all horseback riders wear long pants and a covered shoe. Helmet rental is available free of charge.

We cannot accommodate winter walk-in, please call ahead.

Reservations Recommended
Call during office hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm to book a ride. Reservation rides always to priority over Walk-Ins. If you don't want to wait, please schedule a ride. Walk-ins will be accommodated as our schedule allows. Call 937-593-8000

Got a group of 10 or more? Notice out group riding rate for your group of 10 or more. Other discounts apply for groups of 75 or more.

Riding Lessons

Marmon Valley Farm offers group riding lesson programs every season as well as private lessons. Winter lessons are offered beginning in January in our indoor riding arena. Spring, summer and fall lessons are usually outside weather permitting. Lessons are available for kids 6 years old through adults. <<More
