The State of Ohio requires all camps to make their employees get a Criminal Background Check whether you have worked here in the past or not.  This year the state is making a strong move to electronic finger scans called WebCheck for all such workers.  This is a fast and easy process.  Simply find the nearest WebCheck location by clicking on the link below.  (This needs to be completed by all summer staff, once their employment has been confirmed.  Results must be sent directly to Marmon Valley Ministries.)  Webcheck is available at most deputy registrar BMV offices now.

WebCheck Locations for Ohio Residents.  If you are from Ohio but did not live in Ohio for part of the year you must get the national FBI check.  If you were in Oho all year then the Ohio check is sufficient.

FBI Background Check for non Ohio Residents
You will need an FBI fingerprint card and you can go to your local sheriff's office to have the prints made.  If the sheriff office doesn't have a card available, or to get more information call BCI at (877) 224-0043 .  Once made you must send them to designated address.  Unfortunately, this mandatory process is sometimes cumbersome.  See the sample card below for information on how to properly complete an FBI card.
